* Keeping cases organized and updated.
*Handling clients of senior lawyer, keep in contact with them and informed of case
progress and draft complaints.
*Review, comment, amend and translate contracts and agreements.
* Collect and classify evidence.
*Forward summons and subpoenas.
*Drafting response to the opposing counsel, pleads and discovery response .
*Help with case preparation, write summaries and materials of mediation.
*Organize evidence and ensure witnesses are prepared.
*Write court room notes.

*Responsible for re-registering of the organization in the Commission of Human Rights.
*Responsible for the re-registering of the organization in the UN-ECOSOC advisory status.
*Responsible for controlling and reviewing all legal documents.
*Responsible for signing head departments to attending international conferences.
*Responsible for translating all documents and reports issued by the organization to Arabic and English.
*Traveling to project sites to write on-field progress reports.
*Attending forums, training sessions and lectures, and write reports on them for the purpose of enhancing the organization performance.
* Recruiting part-timers and volunteers.

*حضور ورشات تدريبية و ندوات و دورات و كتابة تقارير عنما ورد فيها، للبحث في تطوير آداء المنظمة.
*تعيين الموظفين المؤقتين و المتطوعين.
