Management of HR matters for Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Business Development) - recruitment, induction, personnel development, performance management, compensation & benefits; advising; internal communication; employee and management surveys, etc.

Unification of Baltic competence development initiatives (trainings, mentoring, knowledge testing); development and implementation of training system for employees, management and partners; building both in-house and external teacher pool; development and implementation of new tools for Baltic learning activities; management of internal communication regarding the competence development issues; advising
Management and performance of recruitment, performance management and personnel development processes; coordination and administration of employment relations; development of personnel motivation system; introducing relevant HR surveys and follow-ups; management of employer branding, HR reporting; social activities
Handling of administrative processes in different lines of insurance; providing the clients and brokers with necessary information; updating of insurance terms & conditions; cooperating with global insurance partners; assisting in implementation of common data base. Later on also performing recruitment and administration of employment relations; development and implementation of HR related internal regulations; organizing of both internal and external trainings.
Work with consular matters (acceptance and administration of visa, residence and work permit applications); data communication; providing the visitors with information and ensuring the problem solutions; daily correspondence with Estonian and Latvian public authorities.
