6. Providing technical support and commissioning assistance to construction engineers.
7.Skill development & knowledge enhancement of the team members.

1. 1 x 304 MW Masinloc Power Plant expansion Project, Philipines
client - POSCO E&C, Seoul, South Korea.
2. 750 MW SABIYA Combined Cycle GT Power Plant (PHASE - III), Kuwait
Client - Ministry of Water and Electricity, Kuwait.
3. Replacement of VD Boiler at HADDED steel Plant
client- SABIC, Saudi Arabia
4. Steam Enhancement Project (replacement of existing motors with steam turbine drive), YANBU refinery
client - SABIC, Saudi Arabia

3.Systems Engineering of Main Plant Equipment - Steam Turbine and its Auxiliaries, Regenerative Feed Cycle & Equipment sizing namely Feed Water Heaters, Boiler Feed Water Pumps, Deaerator, Condensers, Condensate Extraction Pumps etc.
4.Release of equipment parameters for Boiler & Auxiliaries, Regenerative cycle equipment like HP/LP Heaters, Deaerator and Condenser.
5. Calculation for Power Output, equipment sizing, pipe thickness, line sizing, pressure drop etc.
6.Preparation, review & approval of pre & post bid documents.
Major projects handled include the following
1. 3 x 67.5 MW Gas Fired Captive Power Plant at Tata Steel Ltd., Odisha
2. 1 x 40 MW CDQ Power Plant at Tata Steel Ltd. Jamshedpur
3. Waste heat recovery boiler and back pressure turbine at TATA Steel Ltd., Odisha
4. FEED for replacement of VD Boiler at HADEED Steel Plant, KSA.
5. FEED for installation of process gas heater for SABIC, KSA.

* Internal Quality Audit, Resolving customer quality issues.
* Vendor quality Audit, Development of New Vendors.
