Duty & responsibilities:
Installation, Alignment, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of Static& Rotary Equipment : equipment like tower, vessel, drum, heat exchanger, surface condenser, air blower, centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps &can pumps, compressor, turbine and etc
•To implement the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures for rotary equipment;
•Execute with the assigned crew from the Sub Contractor all the activities pertaining to the discipline;
•Ensure effective utilization of commissioning manpower and consumables;
•Ensure the execution of Vendor’s specialists’ field activities with the assigned resources from the Sub Contractor as per Vendor’s representative plan;
•Carry out the equipment inspection with Client representative as per the procedures and ensure proper certification is produced;
•Prepare the forms for all the tests to be performed and ensure submission of the certificates, duly signed by involved parties for final hand over to the certification engineer (QA/QC);
•Coordinate in field with the vendor representatives;
•Keep record of all the activities carried out;
•Ensuring the safety practices are strictly followed during the execution of activities;
•Reporting the progress and constraints to the Mechanical Supervisor;
•Can be the authorized person designated by the site manager to receive or issue a Permit to Work according to the project Permit to Work Procedure.

Dewatering job:
Regular pilot testing of dewatering treatment to be pilot tested by Dewatering engineer in consultation with mud engineer to avoid excess polymer and flocculent in recovered water/ brine for mixing mud. Cutting Containment System:
