Invygo is a car subscription app that allows you to rent a car monthly on your terms. Available in the UAE, Saudi Arabia. The company strives to be the go-to app for long-term and short-term monthly car rentals in the Middle East.
As a product manager, my main objective is to define and execute the product launch strategy, align initiatives with other squads, and prioritize product experiments to help the company improve engagement metrics. During this period, we already reduced late delivery rates and increased the number of users who kept the car after the first month in Saudi Arabia.
Quanto is a payments and data intelligence Brazilian company based on Open Finance.
My first challenge was to define the strategy and lead the squad to support and create new integrations with the biggest banks in Brazil. During this period, my main achievement was to reduce the number of authentication and data collection problems, which gave us visibility into the issues and improved user satisfaction. Besides this, I organized the team process, set the strategy/roadmap for the following months, and helped scale our product team from 2 to 6 members.
After this, I focused on the Open Banking ecosystem, being an active member of the CIBA squad. As a member, my goal was to align with the other members from other companies on how users need to authenticate to collect data and initiate a payment in the ecosystem.
Olist is the leader in e-commerce solutions for retailers and digital brands, focusing on multichannel and omnichannel sales. I experienced a rapid growth phase in this period triggered by three investment rounds (Series B, C, and D).
Inside Olist, I have acted in several teams. Still, my most significant contribution was in the Catalog business unit, where I was the product manager and was proud to help increase the company's catalog by more than 10M products. At the same time, we reduced product publication time by 50% in all marketplaces.
During my journey, I also taught SQL to +150 employees, was a member of the culture committee, and designed the onboarding process for new product team members, which I helped to scale from 2 to 15 members.
