Solicit prospective clients who want to buy and sell properties.
• Confer with clients to determine their buying and selling needs.
• Obtain appropriate written agreements from property owners who want to put up their properties for sale.
• Determine prices of properties by comparison with other properties and in accordance to market rates.
• Bring buyers and sellers together by arranging meetings.
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers akin to prices and negotiations.
• Create presentations for the benefit of providing clients with detailed property information.
• Generate and maintain lists of saleable and buyable properties and refer to them for each client.
• Handle conflicts and disagreements between parties.
• Ensure that all property related paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Make sure that any property being sold or bought is free from litigation.
• Handle interviewing, hiring and training of real estate agents.
• Ensure that all properties on the panel meet environmental regulations.
• Perform marketing activities for properties listed with the company.
• Be present at the closing table to ensure proper agreement formalization.
• Work with real estate appraisers to ensure smooth deal closure
• Greeting guests and accompanying them to their tables.
• Presenting menus and responding on any questions regarding menu items.
• Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to guests.
• Being knowledgeable of the menu, ingredients, and how each item is prepared.
• Perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
• Keep place of work and surrounding area is clean and organized at all times.
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• Handle cash and cashing up after the end of the shift.
• Organize trainings for staff.
• Handling cash, checks, and credit
• Consultation of clients on the trademarks presented in a trading floor (the range, a size range, history of brand and feature of a collection of the current season, existence of necessary models in a warehouse).
• Customer service: fitting, delivery of necessary model from a warehouse in a trading floor, goods packing.
• Maintaining the client book.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
• Work with regular customers (informing on the new receipts, the special actions, new opening).
• Control of existence of goods in a trading floor, timely replenishment of corner, control of existence and compliance of price tags order maintenance in a trading floor, fitting rooms and utility rooms.
