• Review and communicate customer training calendars to the team to ensure alignment with program requirements
• Ensure that reports for customers and affiliates are completed on time and communicated in line with agreed contracts to support alignment
• Train, develop and evaluate the performance of the team, particularly in the areas of operations standards and processes, CRM, products, services and Trainera brand. Ensure the Performance Management process is implemented with the team to drive team and individual achievement
Handling key accounts requests, analyse the training needs with the client and propose to them the right solution that will cover the needs.
Follow up on the delivery quality and make sure that everything go smooth and easy for the client.

• Screened instructor BIOs, assessed pilot sessions, evaluated performance and monitored learning process efficiency and recommended improvements to tailored and regular programs design. •Receive requests from sales department and add the new request to the master calendar
•Prepare the master calendar and special calendars if requested
•Allocate trainers to the courses based on the availability and certifications with alignment with the D&D department
•Communicate and implement operations standards, processes and CRM updating with the team, auditing compliance, ensuring customer delight and excellent program delivery
•Supervise the Purchasing, maintaining and storing the materials in a clean and sustainable manner to meet program requirements and support program delivery
•Make sure that the costs are meeting the standard and budget set from the sales department Implement customer training calendars with his/her team to ensure alignment with program requirements
•Communicate regularly with the sales department to ensure alignment on material options for customers, cost implications of options and that the operations team are fully aware of customer material requirements to ensure no misunderstandings
•Supervise the production of materials in line with customer requirements and business needs and high quality
•Train, develop and evaluate the performance of the operations team, particularly in the areas of operations standards and processes
All the training operations such as “training materials, all the print outs, contact with the trainer, certificates and Updating the company website"
I have certain number of camps to lunch every year inside Egypt and outside, I’m responsible for contact the campsite inside and outside Egypt, set the dates and schedules of the camps, manage the marketing channels and the advertising campaign, prepare all the materials will be needed in the camp from training materials and logistics, run the camp operational, prepare the documentaries for each camp, prepare the feedback for the attendees and follow up with the customers to keep the good relation.
