• Presented Uber platform App to lead Onboard Sessions for newly comers to join Uber as partner (Driver), as well as advisor to low quality - low rating to rectify their attitude and kept them survived with Uber.
• Tools used MS PowerPoint, Carbon App on iPad for live demonstration.
• Result was more than 2000 drivers during my task to be capable getting 5 stars rating in each trip after going to field.
• Rewarded evaluation from the partners survey sent to them after the session attended, with not less than 87% - 90% Pre-first trip satisfaction.
• During COVID-19 from 16 March to May 6, participated in eWFH outreach calls thru' Uber System as support agent, 18 call per day (8 hours working daily basis), resulting in hi appreciation from Drivers as well as my team lead.

Managing the company goals in country through guiding the local distributor within huge range of personal care & cosmetics and suggesting role of each distribution channels, handling regulation of importing goods with local authority, suggesting new ideas for product variants based on local culture and habits.

1. Working closely with agents - distributors within the geographical area (western province Tripoli to border line Tunis & Algeria) and sustain- enhance the trade business through building and updating database belongs to their areas and reviewing plans, targets and capacities available.

5. Preparing weekly & monthly reports after visiting all agents - distributors - sales team and reviewing company plan that it’s on right track.
6. Motivating all sales forces particularly in some seasons where we can achieve hi targets (Ramadan month and similarity).
Developing export business through regular visits to MENA, guiding distributors in each country to achieve company plan, was established for 4and half years in Libya, Tripoli, and using as base to develop importers in nearby countries ( Sudan, Egypt, Tunis, Algeria and Morocco.
I achieved a growth of 60% in Libyan market and added new SKU to the company portfolio.
I have Bsc. Chemistry, Alexandria University, With grade PASS, then I had Hi Diploma of inspection and survey in 1988 with Grade Very Good. It's a certificate in professional applied chemistry. I'm with more than 20 years in IT - integrated solutions - Data communications plus - FMCG field for the last 6 years.
