- Handling All purchase requisitions for all raw material required as if local or foreign one.
- Implementation for P2P Cycle for More than 750 PR within a Month .
- Controlling and Receiving for coming Martial To Main stores .
- Very will coordinates with foreign partner ( Siemens ) for Coming Martial from there side .
- Closing For Suppliers invoices with Financial Dep. according to ( PR - PO - MRV ) .
ERP SITE SUPPORT - Financial & Supply chain management
- Assisted in day by day accounting tasks: entered A/P and A/R, processed payments, organized client billing folders, procedure documentation
- Performed general office duties: filing, scanning, mail processing and data entry.
- Assisted Accounting Manager with different projects
- Reconciled bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assisted with daily cash balancing
- Updated management REPORTS
