As part of an executive management team, my duties and responsibilities include: 1) Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. 2) Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team. 3) overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. 4) Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. 5) Reviewing all formal finance procedures.

Had a diverse client base covering a wide range of industries, including investment companies, subsidiaries of multinational listed companies, engineering and construction, infrastructure projects funds, manufacturing and trading, Government sector, Real Estate, Banks and lodging industry.
Engagement leader of a portfolio of 50 clients; achieved the following:
1) Ensured that audit procedures are performed in accordance with PricewaterhouseCoopers global methodology and are delivered to the highest standards.
2) Led COSO framework assessment used to assess various risk factors facing the enterprise.
3) Led the Preparation of reports for international reporting requirements and driving the execution of quality solutions within appropriate standards and application of best practices.
4) Designed communication and reporting process for building effective relationships with key audit stakeholders including: Audit committee, Management, and BoD.
5) effectively guided and supported the clients' management to comply with applicable accounting standards and continues to ensure that we deliver quality work and manages the teams' financial performance and risk.
● Abu Dhabi Audit Authority “ADAA” (2003 - 2008) ADAA carries-out its responsibilities as an independent Governmental body reporting to the Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

1) Conducted various engagements in financial, operational, and compliance audit.
2) Conducted numerous fraud examination involving confidential information and various forms of conflicts of interest.

1) Performed various engagements in financial audit for public and private high growth companies.
2) Performed financial accounting due diligence for manufacturing and consumer products industry.
3) Involved with several international reporting requiring a detailed knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Participated within a working group as a senior auditor in financial Audit engagements, some of notable clients have included: National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Al-Ahram Beverages Co., Savola Egypt & Sime Darby, and Siemens Egypt.
