Working on large government/country wide projects, drafted RFPs, Business cases based on leading financial Models, Scoping, Evaluating, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Stakeholder Management (including external UAE governmental and private corporates). Also, building Program Management framework/methodology, practices, processes .. etc. Some of the programs am working on in the capacity of M100s AED, some are integration of multiple systems. Projects with recent technologies such as IoT, AI, Robotics and more. Currently implementing multiple projects in Federal Customs Authority in UAE, including Smart Inspection, Tariff Management, Smart Tracking and security projects.
Successfully delivered and managed a portfolio of IT and business projects such as Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) using customized DMA tools leading to a final digital strategy plan for our clients. An enterprise wide program of Business and Digital Transformation for a Bank and a Telecom company; an IOT/AI program involving tracking vehicles, cargo and drivers. Programs Running Hybrid Methodology of Waterfall, SAFe (Scrum) and DevOp. I am managing multiple project teams, product managers, scrum masters and few technical and infrastructure leads. Worked on ERP and SharePoint implementation at a Dubai Energy Company, Collaborated, facilitated, lead and coached Scrum teams responsible for developing software products and automated tools for clients. Completed projectization structure for a construction company, and established ePMOs including processes and training. Managed budgets and finances, drafted business cases, business and technical requirements, and delivered project planning to achieve overall business objectives.

• Successfully achieved growth in the company within the Program Management- Consultancy share for the company through efficient marketing, and effectively acquired and managed domains of IT, Business and Management consulting contracts / projects.
• Currently working on an IOT/AI business program for a government entity involving Vehicle, Cargo and Driver Tracking solution system.
• Delivered a transformation project in Huawei, a telecommunication company implementing a smart contracts-based system that utilizes Enterprise Ethereum for company services to their customers.
• Built PMOs (Traditional, Digitalor and Hybrid) -ePMOs / BPMOs for enterprise clients (i.e. Dubai Police)

Key Achievements:
• Conducted maturity assessment, developed PMO Charter and Operating Model with full maturity assessment and transition plans, and administered transition plans and change management plans to successfully integrate PMO processes into the business flow.
• Digital Maturity assessment of Al AIn Municipality, Department of Municipality Affairs in Abu Dhabi, including full reports and documentations
• Established and presented the ePMO concept and structure for Department of Municipality Affairs (DMA) - Abu-Dhabi, and deployed and implemented Portfolio management methodology in client sites in accordance with PMI - OPM3 and OGC-P3M3.
• Oversaw and managed the Integration of business process information within the knowledge management system.
• Designed, implemented and delivered approaches and plans in change management and business transformation for the business.
Successfully established working PMOs for four different domains (Finance, HR, IT and administration) along with methodologies, processes, templates and forms. Designed and delivered delivery methods and solutions, formulated internal strategy, coordinated with the consultants while adhering to time and budget constraints.
Key Achievements:
• Delivered expertise on performance management setting KPAs, KRAs and KPIs for the domain and employees (enterprise and corporate performance management).
• Efficiently completed more than 25 projects with a total value closed to (USD) 50.0M whilst managing a team of professionals comprising of Program/Project Managers, Project Leads, Project Coordinators, Financial Controllers, and Subject Matter Experts in IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and Quality with total savings of (USD) 5.0M through cost cutting, resource balancing and direct negotiations with vendor’s top management.
- Establishing & Developing the PMO for large projects in the Group and standardization of project templates, resources, repositories and knowledge database.
- Developing detailed Documentation for various projects regarding Project Charter, Project Plan, WBS, Risk Plan, SOW…. etc.
- Creating various other non-project plans and documentations or presentations (Procurement & HR, Testing Plan, Deployment Plan, Business plan, staffing, construction summaries ...Etc.)

- Lead the program team for the Digital Economy (DE) Mega Projects for the urban development of Almaddinah ALmunawarrah using the PMI standards.
- Been part of the program management team for implementing the Al Almaddinah ALmunawarrah e-Government
- The DE Program is a +170Millions SR consisting of 54 mini-projects, for Strategic & Feasibility Studies.
- Successfully concluded the Business Launch Program for KIA Motors Saudi Arabia (KMSA).
- Managed Programs for Strategic, Supply Chain Management, Process Re-Engineering and ERP implementation (Navision).
- Was in charge for managing SHOMOOS Project with the Ministry of Interior & National Information Center (NIC); performed various duties and tasks of Project Management for the Project which lead to a successful conclusion of the project & was chosen by NIC to be a Standard & a Pilot Project for the PMO at NIC and for other projects standardization for all other NIC projects.
