Working on large government/country wide projects, drafted RFPs, Business cases based on leading financial Models, Scoping, Evaluating, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Stakeholder Management (including external UAE governmental and private corporates). Also, building Program Management framework/methodology, practices, processes .. etc. Some of the programs am working on in the capacity of M100s AED, some are integration of multiple systems. Projects with recent technologies such as IoT, AI, Robotics and more. Currently implementing multiple projects in Federal Customs Authority in UAE, including Smart Inspection, Tariff Management, Smart Tracking and security projects.
