Pre arrangements for the project (mobilization, documentation……ect)
Revise designs, check sections before executing
Price analysis, budget reference
Prepare& Revise the time schedule, man power performance
Monitoring the progress as per time table
Check the site drawing that all released for construction
Finalize the financial process Monthly
Prepare, coordinate the payments
In charge for several activities

Project-(Section One of Al-Falah Villas Consist Of 250 precast Villas different types), some of My Responsibilities was
• Pre arrangements for the project (mobilization, documentation……ect)
• Plan Implementation, editing if required
• Prepare the details of required manpower
• Co-ordinate all over the field between all the work partner
• Price analysis, tendering invoicing, & collection.
• Material, manpower, equipment controlling
• Check the work according to approved drawings.
• Following the production process to achieve the target
• Co-ordinate with technical office in job site to ensure that all drawings are released for production, Construction.

• Technical office works (cost and claims analysis, quantity survey, monthly progress payments, monthly reports, revisions of the contractors work programs, and client invoices), recheck bar bending list according to the approved drawings.
