Responsibilities & Key Achievements:
➔ Strategic Planning
● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve commercial targets and drive business growth.
● Collaborate closely with the executive leadership to align the commercial and marketing objectives with the company’s vision.
● Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track commercial success and identify areas for improvement.
● Develop and manage sales, marketing and product management department budgets and annual operational plans exceeding 40 millions dollars.
➔ Brand Management
● Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including defining brand positioning and creating action plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
● Execute marketing plans across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the brand’s identity.
● Oversee pricing strategies and conduct benchmarking to maintain competitiveness while driving profitability.
● Design and optimize the customer journey, enhancing touchpoints to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
● Manage the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
● Analyze brand performance through KPIs and market research, refining strategies to align with evolving consumer behavior and market dynamics.
● Collaborate with sales, product management, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of brand objectives across all departments.
● Lead competitive analysis efforts to identify market gaps and develop innovative solutions to enhance market share.
● Monitor and report on the performance of brand initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
● Analyze sales data to assess target achievements, category performance, and profitability.
● Maintain regular communication with over 50 local and international vendors such as LG, BEKO, Midea, and BCI.
● Oversee the inventory management practices efficiency, reducing the number of stock-keeping units (SKUs) from 1400 to 487.
➔ Business Development
● Ensure a balanced product portfolio that meets market demands and maximizes profitability.
● Represent the company at international trade shows and annual brand fairs.
● Identify new business opportunities, such as entering new markets or expanding products.
● Conduct in-depth market research to identify market opportunities and threats.
➔ Contract Management
● Successfully negotiated and managed contracts with vendors worth 40 million dollars.
● Secured official distribution agreements for key brands such as TCL, Midea HA/SDA, Carrera, and Sensica.
➔ Team Management
● Oversee the Marketing and Product Management teams (around 12 team members).
