1. Responsible for Assessing and proposing customer journey through web, mobile and Social media mainly, other streams included.
2. Identify obstacles, drawbacks and provide solutions to overcome them in most adequate means putting the customer as priority.

2. Promote Brand awareness inside and outside the company through initiation of awareness materials, courses’ instruction.
3. Create artworks meant for print, digital, web, mobile and email newsletters.
4. Establish Brand guidelines for new arising trends such as web and mobile applications guidelines
5. Enhance the look and feel of high level presentations targeted for National and International company events.
6. Work on the customization of company digital products such as mobile applications, web applications.
7. Work on the customization of company’s physical products such as mobile handsets, tablets, USB modems and routers.
8. Manage company’s forms and templates.
9. Maintain the company’s intranet specifically the brand section.
10. Coordinate on providing photography assets for company’s designs, dealing with international suppliers such as Getty images.

5. Translations from English to Arabic and vice versa for:
a. ECMS, Mobinil Telecommunications Board of Directors meeting minutes
b. Correspondence letters between ECMS and relevant governmental authorities
c. Any other documents requiring translation
