Interiors design & build Management

Main duties
• Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting and surpassing standards of quality.
• Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out.
• Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.
• Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.
• Coordination between client, site, subcontractors & suppliers.
• Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
• Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.

• Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce to improve their performance.

• Developing and delivering project management program including all details to the team members.
• Monitoring and supervising the project execution process to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost-effective manner and in accordance with the approved design and quality standards.
• Setting realistic and practical goals for projects and developing strategies for achieving them.
• Providing guidance to the team members and make sure they understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently.
• Identifying the internal and external resources whether financial or human resources required to complete projects successfully.
• Evaluate the progress of projects on regular basis to achieve the set targets in a timely manner.
• Keeping an eye of latest tools used in project management in order to adopt them to increase productivity.
• Developing and executing an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management.
• Developing tools and techniques for distributing tasks according to the skills of every team member and evaluating the performance of all team members.
