- Controlling the invoice matching and costing process. Ensuring all received invoices to be completely integrated in the system to achieve accurate item cost and stock level.
- Solving the discrepancies that arise between the company and the suppliers, when reported by the finance team, by looking for the root cause, identifying the issue, making the needed transactions and communicating back to finance.
- Solving any negative margin reported from the related department, and doing the needed treatment after detecting the reasons behind.
- Following any cost change due to a certain promotion or season, and ensuring to be covered and compensated from the supplier.
- Ensuring to have clean item creation data, by reporting any discrepancy regarding cost variances or discounts not applied in the system or not considered from the suppliers.
- Following up the stock count schedule for all branches, generating the variances and communicating to the related branch management to proceed with the recount and adjustments. Then ensuring to have accurate figures and investigating any unjustified shrink.
- Ensuring all stock transaction to be finalized before any month closing, such as shrink recording, inventory adjustments, stock count corrections and pending transfers.
- Preparing the monthly closing reports and communicating to finance team. Comparing the P&L figures to the integrated data from known and unknown shrink, provisions, accruals, compensation and credit notes applied on shrink. Preparing the shrink dashboard, the stock cover dashboard, stock turn, GMROII to be communicated to the top management.

- Managing the inventory control team for all the stores and warehouses in Lebanon.
- Assisting the division manager in preparing and communicating all the requested reports to the high management.
- Auditing the commitment to the policies and procedures that affect the inventory from all the departments.
- Investigating any task or practice away from the policies and procedures.
- Preparing and monitoring the daily negative margins of sales and solving the major issues.
- Controlling the stock takes scheduling, counting and amending to maintain accurate inventory level.
- Daily monitoring for the stock on item level among all branches in terms of quantities and costs.
- Controlling the local and foreign costing and invoice matching process.
- Monitoring the shrink recording and providing the management with monthly shrink analysis by store/category, including the percentage from sales and the effect on the P&L.

- Controlling the daily, weekly and monthly stock takes and following up for the suitable adjustments.

INVENTORY CONTROL:

- Monitoring every single stock transaction in, out and within the company.
- Daily follow up for the margins of the items sold.
- Maintaining accurate stock level by scheduling cycle stock counts, and following up daily for any difference.
- Handling the costing process as well as new item creation.
- Daily shrink recording to maintain the accuracy between physical stock and system stock.
- Controlling and Adjusting any difference or mistake occurs between sales and delivery.
- Deciding stock procedures and ensuring if they are well applied. Reporting to the management any deficiency in applying the agreed procedures.
- Providing solutions for any issue related to stock on quantity level, packing level or cost level.

- Reconciling the suppliers’ accounts and preparing their payments.

- Supervising a team of 8 in implementing all the tasks regarding invoice matching and stock controlling and recording.
- Preparing daily reports explaining the status of pending invoices and the consequences behind any delay.
- Preparing shrink analysis and providing the management with proper solutions for any major issue.

- Carrying the same responsibilities as invoice and stock control supervisor (mentioned above while working for TSC), taking place in Admic (Monoprix, BHV, Geant Casino) before transferring the business to The Sultan Center.

Starting as sales man for marble treatment products by distributing such products to the marble and stones manifactures in all over Lebanon. Transferred after 3 months to the administration to handle the stock controlling, ordering, and costing, with all what it requires to follow up with the supplier in Italy regarding the ítems and the shipment status.
