Accomplished tasks: + Study the technical feasibility when designing a product or a range of products; in conjunction with the R&D design office. +Ensure the development of the technical know-how of the company: modernity of the processes or means of production, added value and competitiveness compared to the competition... + Study the improvements and adaptations of one or more production sites (implementation of a production line, new works, etc.) in order to optimize production in terms of costs, quality and deadlines; + Set production objectives in terms of quantity of parts produced per day, quality and respect of deadlines, for production sites.

+ Calculate production costs and identify the list of materials needed for production, and produce
quotes in accordance with the companys margin objectives for requests from industrial customers
or individuals;
+ Possibly work on design projects aimed at improving the means of production, productivity, or

+ Participate in milestone reviews and technical reviews as an independent reviewer, and ensure
that quality requirements relating to the design and associated documentation are met;
+ Realize the models of tracking sheets in support of the design office
+ Identify and eliminate material and products that do not conform to specifications, and ensure
that they are dealt with according to the requirements of the non-conforming product procedure.
+ Ensure the release of products after compliance check, and archive the completed tracking
sheets;
+ Report the results of the inspections to the Production Manager and the Quality Director, and
recommend corrective actions
+ Review and approve production equipment qualifications;
+ Review and approve supplier listings, and participate in qualification activities, if necessary,
through supplier audits;
+ Work with the Quality Director and the Production Manager to improve the quality and efficiency
of the processes, in particular through the process of corrective and preventive actions;
+ Open the discrepancies and customer complaints reported to him and follow up on their
treatment.
+ Inspect, test or measure equipment, products, installations and works to ensure they conform to
specifications.
Accomplished tasks:
+ Plan in the computerized maintenance management system, routine maintenance of production
equipment and have it carried out as planned;
+ Continuously support production activities by ensuring minimum reaction time in the event of
breakdowns and achieving equipment availability objectives;
+ Keep the log of activities carried out on the equipment up to date;
+ Promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation;
+ Ensure that you always observe all aspects of the rules of health, safety and
the companys environmental standards and permanently ensure the maintenance of safety
equipment and report any failures.
