• Reviewing material submittals and shop drawings.

• Issuing snagging reports.
• Reviewing tender drawings against discrepancies and mistakes.
• Quantities estimation.
• Collaborating with construction professionals using Aconex Construction Management Software.
• Resident engineer assistant.

• Interpreting drawings to site Forman and labors.
• Ensuring proper material allocations.
• Reviewing work schedules.
• Preparing quantity estimates and ensuring tools and material availability.
• Collaborating with client, subcontractors, and consultant for the desired deliverables.
• Gathering data, preparing reports, and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
• Performing quality assurance works.
• Reporting to project engineer.
• Performing preliminary inspections prior to consultant visit.
• Obtaining authority approvals through visiting local authority headquarters.
• Supervising concrete castings.
Completed private villas in Abu Dhabi.
Training on building structural design software which is developed by Pi-Systems international in comply
with the European code.
Completed 134 credit hours with three months internship program with 3.3/4.0 passing grade.
Completed in American curriculum with above 85% passing grades.
