Site Management, review and approve design documents for the construction of process & non-process buildings.
Review and closely monitor contractor’s progress according to the approved construction and procurement schedules. Identify contractor’s work discrepancies & resolving technical or material issues.
Reviewing and preparing project cost estimates & negotiate change orders with general contractor. Manage execution of civil, mechanical, electrical & communication construction works within the project.
Reviewing and accepting contractor’s shop drawings, site modifications and As Built drawings.

Specifications, Saudi Aramco & Industry Standards. Arranged for walkthroughs for mechanical completion certificates (MCC) and monitoring completion of various exception items lists.
• Monitored maintenance activities to ensure a high level of quality and timely corrective and preventive maintenance with large diameter distribution and plant piping, pumps, electrical switchgear and motors and waste water treatment plant. • Ensured maintenance programs are effectively coordinated and functioning, utilizing modern techniques and materials. • Continually reviewed and controlled ongoing, planned and completed work to provide a balance between highest level of equipment availability and economics. • Produced monthly configurations of maintenance costs and submitted to Client. • Performed overall long and short-range planning, coordination of Engineering, Logistics and Work Control with Minor Works and maintenance to ensure timely completion of appropriate work. • Issued studies and reports to management and Clients. • Detected deficiencies in plant or organization, proposed appropriate solutions and implemented approved corrections.
• Monitored all planning & estimating of man-hours, material costs, down times etc. for the maintenance and modifications for all equipment, systems and subsystems at the airport.
