• Perform detailed reviews, inspections, and testing to validate the quality, performance, and integrity of electrical and MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.

• Executed comprehensive electrical commissioning for Data Center facilities, covering power distribution systems,
HV/MV/LV switchgear, UPS systems, generators, bus ducts, and control/protection systems.
• Developed and implemented Commissioning Plans, Testing Protocols, and Method Statements in line with BS, IEC, DEWA, ADWEA, SEWA, and OEC requirements.
• Directed MEP commissioning works, including LV/ELV systems, fire alarm, fire suppression, emergency lighting, HVAC integration, and BMS coordination.
• Led system performance verification through load testing, redundancy checks, failover testing, and integrated
system validation.
• Supervised functional testing, troubleshooting, and final acceptance, ensuring all equipment achieved optimal performance and lifecycle reliability.
• Acted as a liaison between government authorities, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
