o Preparation and submission of monthly accounts
o Monthly cash flows, Intercompany reconciliations and Bank reconciliations
o VAT return filing, Invoicing and Managing funds
o Coordination with suppliers and service providers
• Reporting to the Accountant and Managing Director
• Recording daily financial transactions in to books of accounts using Quick books
• Preparation of monthly financial statements for management purpose
• Assisting management in financial decision making based on the financial performance
• Preparation of projected/Forecasting financial statements to help management
• Preparation of payroll using various inputs depending on each employee and calculation of statutory payments
• Dealing with customers and suppliers by negotiating terms and forecasting future cash flows to ensure entity maintains adequate funds to meet future needs.
• Preparation of investment appraisals as per management requirements
• Maintaining VAT & SVAT Control accounts, Income tax calculations and filing VAT returns
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statements and banking activities
• Accounting for Fixed Asset purchases, disposals, revaluations, additions and depreciation, preparation of payment vouchers/receipts maintaining petty cash etc…
• Reporting to the Audit Manager and Audit Partner.
• Preparation of Financial Statements according to SLASs/ LKASs /SLFRSs and compared to the clients' preparation.
• Effective direction and supervision of junior team members in direct participation of Assessing Control Environment and working for financial balances.
• Evaluate the adequacy & effectiveness of the Internal Controls and discuss with the client the reasons for the weaknesses.
• Direct participation in the test of control feedback, substantive audit procedure findings, sensitive audit area discussion and analysis.
• Develop firm business and maintain the close professional relationship with key executives of client.
• Introducing internal control mechanisms.
• Keeping Audit Managers & partners up to date with progress throughout the course of assignment.
B.COM - Finance
Completed intermediate level of Chartered accountancy and obtained certified business accountant
Passed Finalist
