Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Responsible for the construction of roads, flexible & rigid pavements, Culverts, retaining walls.
Responsible for the construction of sewerage pipe lines and water supply lines for complete project.
Coordination with Resident engineers on daily activity plans and to submit the bi-weekly progress reports.
Verification of invoices of sub contractors and material suppliers and authorize payments also after verification.
Responsible for the construction of 3.5 KM gantry crane track with shed for precast segments of Riyadh Metro.
Responsible to coordinate the planning, implementation and monitoring of construction activities, including sub contractor’s verification of quantities and BOQ.
Responsible to implement the activities and facilitate and/or arrange for external technical support if required.
Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the project according to promised standards and maintain records in accordance with program standards.
Taking initiatives and contingently plan for timely completion of the project.
Responsible to prepare weekly, biweekly, monthly, midterm reports of the project regarding the progress and financial parameters and final projects reports.
