Presently working as an Assistant Manager where I am looking after Floor Management where I am responsible of giving required ASA and with excellent Service Level.

As Team Leader at Front Line & Back End I
•Implemented the true meanings of backend support by resolving issues timely.
•Developed new processes for the betterment of internal and external customers.
•Meeting desired Quality Service Level with 100% customer satisfaction.
•Managing headcount in smart way to manage work load efficiently.
•Dealing with escalated issues of customers.
•Participation in systems presentations, implementation and user training.
•Fulfilling customer demands & maintaining quality standards.
•Monitoring quality and accuracy by keeping check and balance on team members.
•Keeping up the moral in line with the management’s point of view to achieve broader goals.

Have worked at Operation Department where I was looking after
•Compilation of all reports for Club (Corporate Customers) and their analysis.
•Providing support and updates to all the departments of the region as and when required from the Regional Director’s office.
•Internal departmental coordination with backend teams.
•Initiate/float ideas for the improvement in existing system and practices for service excellence.
