• Leading a team with 4 DTE for LTE Roll Out (2100) and handling a roll of Customer Interface for initial acceptance.
• PCI Overshooting analysis, Missing Neighbor detection.
• Resolve PCI conflicts, low Throughput, RSRP issues, SINR and sector swap issues.
• Responsible for checking the radio performance for the newly integrated LTE sites analyzing drive test logs and preparing SSV reports.
• Health checks (Checking the basic functionality and sector swap cases).
• Creating Thematic of all needed parameters (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, THROUGHPUT, etc)
• Log analysis for CSFB, PSFB, SMS, THROUGHPUT tests.
• Extracting and monitoring KPI’s and inserting them in SSV reports (ERAB, CSSR, ERABDR, IRATHO SR, CSFB SR, DL/UL TRAFFIC).
• Smooth management of DT and inventory management with proper trackers.
• Trouble shooting of degraded KPI’S like CSFB failure by checking 2G/3G external definitions like PSC/BCCH, LAC, RAU, and checking blind IRAT settings.
• Trouble shooting of ERAB drop rate by analyzing Abnormal Release, Abnormal Release Congestion , Abnormal Release, and TNL drops etc.
• Trouble shooting degraded RSRP by checking physical audits of neighbors, adjusting tilts and checking the RS Power of pilot cell.
• Resolving X2/S1 Ho degradation KPI’S by checking NCELL stats and checking all neighbors’ definition.
• Worked as 3G RF Engineer on Huawei-Etisalat 2G/3G Modernization project.
• Lead a team of 7 Field engineers & riggers
• Responsible for arranging all types of field tests after modernization, Checking all types of functionalities.
• Preparing 3G SSV reports after modernization using Genex Assistant 3.15 by inserting all needed RF parameters RSCP, Ec/Io, RSSI, Throughput ( HSDPA, HSUPA, DC), PSC & KPI’s CSSR, DCR, IRAT HO SR, SHO, CS & PS traffic etc.
• Responsible for arranging pre & post modernization 3G Cluster driver (U2100).
• Responsible for preparing pre & post cluster reports & detailed comparison.
• Responsible for pre and post modernization IBS sites SSV & Comparison.
• Handling U900 ( New 3G Carrier) activity, Arranging pre & post implementation field activities and pre reports with all RF paramerts & KPI.
• Designing new SSV templates for 3G after meetings with customer.
• Responsible for handling VVIP locations 3G Customer complaints.
• Maintaining healthy 3G KPI’s for assigned clusters (CSSR, DCR, IRAT, SHO, Traffic etc)
• Monitoring alarms if any after modernization on U2000 and escalating to concerned teams for resolution.
• Responsible for Post processing of newly on aired 3G site (RO), DT arrangement & maintaining their health KPI’s.
Regular statistical KPIs monitoring and analysis.
•Initial feature testing of 3G Roll Out sites ( R99, HSDPA, Video Call IRAT, SHO).
•Data Analysis/Post Processing of newly installed 3G sites both cluster level and site level
•Perform DT for 3G sites and clusters.
•Analysis of Drive test log files and troubleshooting of the problems related to coverage, quality, drop calls, Blocked calls. Handover failure, overshooting and interference based on Events, Layer2/Layer3 message by using TEMs Data Collection
•Handling customer’s complaints regarding 3G.
•Used MapInfo for making Cluster reports etc.
•Optimizing 2G Network issues by Physical/Parametric audits in coordination with Cluster owners.
KPI comparison of pre & post swap and making final reports on desired template.
•Supporting customer to make soft parameter changes after cutover in order meet KPI requirements and to get the best coverage.
•Perform the pre/post cluster drives and PP using TEMS & MapInfo.
•Perform Post Swap SSV featuring all functionality tests and coverage verification.
•Analysis of Drive test log files and troubleshooting of the problems related to coverage and quality degradation.
•Health check and checking Sector Swap of sites after their cutover both GSM/DCS (partial and full both).
•Customer Complaints based walk tests & coverage verifications and troubleshooting issues that come in indoor and outdoor both etc and optimizing the network on such specific locations.
•BSC Software up gradation drive test and feature testing.
•Joint visits on problematic sites with BSS team, Identifying both RF environment issues like frequency & MAIO clashes, interference & hardware issues (Jumper, fibers etc).
•Optimizing 2G Network issues and proposing different site audits for acceptance after cutover.
•2G MOS (PESQ) Drive Testing in each quarter.
•Maintaining a complete tracker of SSV & Clusters for both pre and post on daily bases.
