Development of fully detailed Baseline Schedule for specialist work such as Theme Park (Six Flags) incorporating numerous interfaces & coordination information from third parties like Rides Installation, Theming Vendors, Area Development and Infrastructure, etc.
Development of fully detailed Baseline Schedule for Hospital (Mediclinic Parkview Hospital) including complex MEP works with fully resource loaded and incorporating project budget to forecast cash flow requirement.
Development of fully detailed Baseline Schedule for Hotel (Aloft Hotel & Serviced Apartment) with fully resource loaded and incorporating project budget to forecast cash flow requirement.
Identify potential delay and prepare delay notification and extension of time claim submission
Preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) Programme for delay events & recommending the overall Impacted duration to stakeholders
Analysing the Float Path Order and assessing schedule slippages through window analysis report
Coordinate with the Planning Engineers of the Client/PMC, Supervision Consultant & all the subcontractor on all scheduling issues and progress.
Monitor & tracking with interfaces across the development which are key for timely project completion
High-level reporting using various tools, KPI's and dashboards to meet requirements of various stakeholders
Review, recommend, acceptance/rejection of the subcontractor programme.
Monitor the subcontractor work progress, compare to the approved program of work and report.
Analyse, assess and participate in discussions about any suggested recovery programme by the Subcontractor to mitigate any delays.
Participate in the assessment and analysis of time related claims by the Sub contractor. Preparation of Recovery/Mitigation Programmes
Prepare all kind of reports (Weekly, Monthly etc.) & Presentation about the status of construction progress.
Interaction with the team on the critical activities.
Identifying the potential areas of concern and preparing the mitigation scenarios
Attend Client Meeting & Presentation of Weekly/Monthly Progress Report.
Update & Maintain program of works based on actual site condition.
Participated in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and / or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the senior planners
Monitor the weekly Productivity achieved & measured against benchmark productivity
Prepared the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
Prepared & periodically updated the Progress Performance Curves & Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor the project performance.
Recorded the daily progress and prepared the site daily report.
Preparing weekly, monthly reports, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records.
