Maintain the minimum inventory levels required for Production.
Develop relationship with new vendors and information technology system in order to maintained services and quality of material smoothly.

Continuous evaluation in order to produce better techniques, cheaper material and faster processes.
Monitor the process of procurement, development, logistics and distribution as cost effective as possible.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Resolve vendors or contractors grievances, and claims against suppliers.
Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
Work closely with supplier to optimize supplier processes.
Engage directly in the company’s supply chain process to ensure that all customs material
movements are completed, recorded accurately, and follow scheduled plan.
Development of reports and relevant policies relating to Logistics and Customs Clearance.
Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance
Maintaining competitive pricing.
