• Responsible for Execution, Planning, budgeting of Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning
Field Service Activities such as maintenance programs, manpower loading and overhauls.
• Lead a Team of highly motivated and trained Field Service Professionals towards execution of
Rotating Equipment (Gas Turbines, Electromechanical Generators, Pumps, Steam Turbines etc.)
Field Service projects.
• Drive Operational Excellence at site within Quality, Financial, Environmental, Health and Safety
Boundaries to exceed customer’s expectations.
• Provide inspiring Leadership to reach the next level of operational excellence to motivate and
energize a high performing field service team.
• Manage a staff of more than 18 direct reports by Setting Objective goals/targets, Coaching and
career development programs.
• Act as a champion for interdepartmental cooperation and teamwork.
• Participate in development and lead the execution of the Rotating Equipment Services growth
strategy.
• Work closely with Sales Leaders to ensure appropriate Sales Coverage and Opportunities to
achieve the services orders plan for organization.
• Provide accurate and timely information to assigned personnel regarding salary planning,
performance appraisals, career progression and integrity.
• Support Project Team with relevant and pro-active lessons learned at Project Turnover to drive
Global Best Practices to prevent re-occurrence.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement in all field services processes.

* Execution support, Budget Planning, Cost & Sales Calculation, driving operation excellence with high safety and quality according Sulzer Standards, Cost Tracking and margin review of project, Subcontractors pre-qualification and Purchase Orders approval. Support Field Engineers on all project deliverables, approval of timesheets and expenses for Hot Gas Inspection + Engineering 2X Siemens V64.3A Gas Turbine Generator (OJSC TGC1, Pervomaiskaya PP14 - Russia).
* Operational Support, Project Planning and close out for Load Coupling Removal / Boroscope Inspection of 1 XGE MS6001FA (Indassol - England).
* Planning and Execution of Major Overhaul for 1X Siemens V93.3 Gas Turbine Generator (Wien Energy Vienna, Austria).
* Planning and Execution of Major Inspection/ Compressor Stator Vanes Shimming / Rotor Overhaul and Balancing of 1 X GE MS6001B GTG (HOEK Helsingnor, Denmark).
* Planning and Execution of 2 X V94.2 Siemens Gas Turbine Hot Gas Path Inspection (Kaliningrad CHPP 2 - Russia).

Provide on site Technical Direction and Leadership during
Installation, Startup, Commissioning and Maintenance of
Customer Owned Power Generation and Industrial Facilities
utilizing Gas Turbines; Prepare job planning documents that
define the scope of the outage to be performed through
engineering instructions, drawings & process instructions;
Provide input for Daily Outage & Weekly Installation Reports;
Communicate effectively to Service Managers Utilizing
Customers’ CTQ in job planning & execution and with
Resource Directors regarding site arrivals, departures & job
progression; Ensure execution of technical tasks within GE
Safety Standards;
Involved in the following projects:
*Mini Major Inspection of 1 X MS5001P Gas turbine (ESKOM LTD-Kendal Power Plant - South Africa); Replacement of Journal Bearing # 1&2, Removal of Compressor, Combustion Discharge,
Turbine & Exhaust Frame Casing.
*Preparation for Execution of 1 X MS 9001 E Gas Turbine Flange to Flange; Optimized Plant Assessment & Boroscope Inspection of 2 X MS9001E Gas Turbines Driving GE 9H2 Hydrogen Cooled Generator & Removal of Turbo-Generator Field and inspection of Hydrogen Cooled Generator driven; Disassembly of Generator End Shields, Tilt & Pad Bearings, Couplings and Fan Blades, Packaging and preservation of Generator rotor for shipment to GE shop for refurbishment.(Transcorp Ughelli Power Plant - Nigeria),
*Compressor Damage Root Cause Analysis for 1 X GE MS9001E Gas Turbine Aligned to a HSRG for power Generation (Volta River Authority - Ghana) which involved Inspection of Inlet and
Exhaust system, Removal of Turbine and Compressor Casings, Inspection of Compressor Stator vanes and Rotor Blades Gas Turbine, Collection of samples for MPI.
*Technical Direction for Installation and Commissioning of 1 X GE MS9001E Tri-Fuel (Distillate, Heavy Oil & Gas) Fired Gas Turbine driving an Alstom Generator for Power Generation by
interfacing with French Based CEGELEC EPC Contractor (CIPREL IV Project - Cote D’Ivorie), Participation on Onsite Job Progress meetings, Processing of project Non-Conformity Reports & Warranty Claims, Submittal of timely reports on job progress, Maintenance of Installation Records and Job Log Book.
*Provided Technical Direction with customer supplied Indian Technicians to resolve 1 X GE 6A3 Generator Axial Displacement Issue coupled to GE MS6001B Gas Turbine (Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited - Nigeria) which involved Gas Turbine, Load Gear, Accessory Gear and Generator Float Correction, Generator Cold Position Setting, Foundation Integrity Check, Bearing Soft Foot Check, Alignment Correction and Coupling Bolts Installation.
*Led a Team of Multi-National Technicians to carry out Hot Gas Path Inspection on 2 X GE Frame 9E Gas Turbine driving an Alstom Generator for Utility supply, Upgrade and modification of MS 9001E Gas Turbine Fuel System from Natural Gas to Methane Rich Gas (MRG) (SASOL- Secunda, South Africa).
*Lead a team of GE Field Engineers in executing Technical Direction for Commissioning/Start-up of Plant BOP and 4XMS9001E GE Gas Turbines driving Brush Generators for power generation project of 500MW(National Integrated Power Project-Nig).
Nigeria LNG Complex Bonny Island -Nig Led a Team to execute simultaneous Hot Gas Path Inspection on 2 X Frame 7 Gas turbines for LNG train 6 and upgrade of MKVI control software.
