RESPONSIBILITY.
Monitoring and assessing hazards and unsafe situations and developing measures to assures personnel safety.
Correct unsafe acts / conditions through the regular line of authority to prevent or stop when immediate action is required.
Ensure adequate barricade to all deep excavations to exclude worker and equipment falling into it,
Conduct toolbox Talk, give information instruction and training to new operatives at site.
Review the incident Action plan for safety implications.
Ensure appropriate work zone Traffic at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
To be operationally responsible for providing advice and guidance on health and safety standards.
Overseeing and responsible for the development and implementation of adequate risk assessments.
Responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the workplace for the health and safety of the organization.
Ensure waste management control.
Ensure that equipment and materials are safe for use.
Monitor the construction activities at high elevations.
Implementing safe system and procedures of job at the workplace.
To have the knowledge of operations in oil companies, and its environments , also how to introduce safety to avoid hazard . because these have so many negative consequences in the production, man[workers materials, and environment A certificate was given to me after the course.
