 Coordinate, monitor or supervise the activities of the assistants and participants.
 Develops and recommends new or revised program goals and objectives.
 Confers with and advises assistants, students and others to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals and policy interpretation; refers to appropriate department person when unable to respond.
 Recruits program participants, members and volunteers utilizing most appropriate promotional or marketing methods, such as individual letters, brochures or presentations at meetings.
 Develops compiles and writes communications and promotional literature for distribution such as newsletters, brochures or flyers; coordinates process from development through printing and distribution.
 Develops and facilitates workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications.
 Interacts and maintains liaison with students, faculty, assistants and outside /community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
 Facilitate focus discussion groups on democracy, Human Rights, Political Parties, Media, Gender, Conflict Resolution and political participation topics.
 Participate in drafting program curriculum and any other program related materials.
 Provide verbal interpretation from Arabic to English and vice versa for program manager, trainers and experts when needed during meetings and events.
 Provide weekly and monthly reports.
 Train advocacy campaigns on Advocacy, Media, Campaign Planning and Networking.
 Train Research, Letter, Succeed Story and Collation Building.
 Coordinate closely with Deans of Student Affairs in terms of scheduling discussion groups, dealing with logistics and planning events on campus.
 Evaluate and monitor the performance of participants.
 Organizes the Ana Usharek activities in the campus.
 Mentoring the program activities in the north universities.
 Coordinate, monitor or supervise the activities of the staff and participants in the north region.
 Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.
 Reviews applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
 Innovating new ideas and methods for youth programs more generally; assisting other teams within NDI with special projects as necessary.
 Managing one shift of winter schools of campaigns (Aqaba).
 Trainer in all winter and summer schools of campaigns.
 Facilitating discussion sessions in the four universities.
 Training participants in the four universities on Advocacy.
 Training participants in the four universities on Debate.
 Preparing for regional forms and external visits.
 Preparing for external lectures.
 Planning for all regional activities.
 Planning for campaigns activities.
 Civic education, initiatives and advocacy skills and capacity building of the new colleagues starting Democracy and civic education program.
 Training AJYC members in several governorates ( Democratic empowerment, governorates profile ).
 Provide programs periodical reports and updates.
 Account budget for training.
 Train participant of Advocacy Campaigns, Visual Identity, Social Media, Info graphs & Event Planning.
 Developing training topics.
 Organize visits, meetings, events, trainings and workshops.
 Make sure that PARTICIPANTS are selected according to the defined criteria.
 Ensure lessons learnt and success stories from the project are documented and reported to the project manager.
 Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization and partner’s standards.
 Maintains oversight of the operational delivery of training by more junior team members (including volunteers) in duty station.
