Recently working with Sharjah Electricity &Water Authority in 5 MIG/D RO desalination plant as a shift supervisor
Profile of job:
Working in above industries and deputed as a independent areas supervisor/senior plant operator with full responsibility of the position I also participated in trouble shooting and start of plants and also involved in the following activities: 1) Pre commissioning and start up 2) Trouble shooting and safe start of plants
3) Quick to co-ordination with shift engineer on any abnormality
4) Able to learn very quickly and can adjust in any kind of environment
5) Supervision of Chemical preparation
6) Supervision of maintenance
7) Supervision of loading and unloading membrane
8) Supervision of replacement adopter shimming, O, ring.
9) Record all R O plant data and maintained Plant Normalized data and lab analysis
10) Supervision of operation shift duties.
11) Plant chemical cleaning preservation and fresh and permeate water flashing.
12) Schedule preventive maintenance.

16) Monitors the Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) operation and maintenance
performance on a day-to-day basis.
17) Prepares and review work schedules.
18) Coordinates between maintenance and operations to ensure that Preventive
Maintenance (PM) of equipments t is performed according to schedule.
19) Monitors chemical preparations, dosages for the Pre and Post treatment including
monitoring consumptions, stock inventory and chemical procurement.
20) Monitors process parameters such as pH, Total Dissolved Solids, Conductivities,
Pressures, Oxidation Reduction Potential, Temperature, Flow rates, Recovery and
Product water stock levels.
21) Prepares and review the membrane chemical cleaning schedules and its chemical
preparations, monitoring and neutralization before disposal
22) Assists or lead in the disinfection process if necessary based on microbiological
results.
23) Conducts comprehensive analysis of all treatment processes. Interprets laboratory
data as needed.
24) Monitors the operations of chlorine generation system and other chemical dosing
systems.
25) Capable of handling emergency situation like power outages and system abnormality in quickest possible time.

qualification: ➢ DAE Chemical Engineering (under progress) S.S.C (Science) from Rawalpindi board Pakistan ➢ Two year apprenticeship Course w.e.f 01 July 1995 to 30 June 1997 from ICI Pakistan Apprenticeship institute. ➢ C class Boiler engineering from Boiler Engineering board government of Pakistan.
