EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
I have Total 23 years of experience in different Process Industry like Petrochemical / Receiving and Distribution of Natural Gas System / Chemical Industry.
At present I working with Reliance Industry Limited as Panel Officer DCS.(Yokogawa)
Involved all through its Erection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up Phases.
I am also trained for the Plant Process Up Sets and Emergency in the Plant and also Safety Emergency like Gas leak and Fire in the Plant.
COMMISSIONING OF PLANT:
1) Erection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up of PTA- Plant The plant capacity is 700 KTA.
2) I have done Butadiene plant Erection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up.
3) I have also done Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Cooling Tower
(Induced Draft Counter Flow Tower)
4)I have also done Commissioning of Plant Utilities for successful operation of Hydrocarbon Industry, Plant Air, Nitrogen system, DM Water Network, Steam Network, Cooling Water, Effluent Treatment Water, Fire Water and Safety.
Pre commissioning and Commissioning activities
• Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of Loop checking, Interlock checking.
• Carrying out the activities like Hydro-Testing, Cardboard Blasting, Air Purging, Flushing, Chemical cleaning, Drying, Checking newly fabricated lines, Equipments, Vessel.
• Coordination with related different agencies, Punch list preparation, Hydro test loop preparation from ELD, Leak checks.
• Study of Isometrics, P&ID (Process & Instrument diagram), PFD (Process Flow Diagram).
• Water circulation loop preparation and control loop checking.
Safety and Environmental Public Health Regulations.
• Conducting investigation in the event of accident, near miss, dangerous occurrences or occupational disease.
• Keeping and maintaining the HSE records and reporting.
• Conducted safety meeting, Reported to relevant authorizes in case of incident or accident.
• Attend the safety meeting weekly.
• Attend safety refresher course and fire fighting monthly.

Key Roles
• Reporting to the Shift Incharge.
• Work in Control Room (DCS operation -- Yokogawa).
• Monitoring and controlling of concerned units process parameters by DCS to ensure uninterrupted trouble free and safe operation . Also safely operate DCS during Emergency, Start Up and Shut Down of plant.
• To control operation of entire plant from central Control Room as per standard operating parameters.
• Coordinate closely with Field operators and adhere to the shift supervisors instructions.
• To check all operating parameters from Control Room, any deviation to be corrected at the earliest. Any abnormality beyond control to be informed to Shift supervisor.
• Monitor trends and report to shift supervisor or production superintendent'
• To keep track of all abnormalities from Control Room, accepting alarms, to record process parameters on hourly basis in specified log sheets.
• To collect and analyze extra samples during any plant abnormalities or on instruction of Shift supervisor/Production superintendent
• Provide field support to all Process Operators in maintaining operating parameters
• Announce emergency situation through paging system once incident is confirmed from source.
• Coordinate with the other upstream and downstream units
• Supervision of Process Parameters, Raw Material and Finished Product Storage with safety.
• Attending the departmental safety, health and good housekeeping meetings.

• Ensure proper training and guidance is given to the in-experience worker.

GUJARAT GAS COMPANY LIMITED (British Gas Company) which has Receiving and Distribution of Natural Gas, through the establishment of an independent network of pipelines to Industrial, Commercial & Domestic customers. GGCL is an ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14000 - 1996 and OHSAS 18001 certified company
Key Responsibility:
1) Working with City Gate Station ( i.e Pressure Reduction, Flow Management, Odourisation monitoring, Metering, Gas Quality Monitor ( G C on line )
2) Monitors and controls during shift the operations of the main control station and pipeline compression facilities and gas distribution network including, ensuring the safe operation and reliability of gas supply under economic conditions.
3) Experience in planning and NGL, and pipeline systems and networks
4) Planning for Distribution of Natural Gas Line for Industrial and Domestic user.
5) Maintenance of Receiving and Distribution Station of Natural Gas.
6) Site Supervision for the Quality work and Safety for all Stations.
7) Continuous monitoring of the network for Zero Leaks and Zero Accident.
8) Daily work planning for Contractor to carry out work on Site.
PROJECTS:
1) I have been to Bhutan for On-Line inspection for 7 BAR MDPE pipe. (First time in India)
2) Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of PRS (Pressure Reducing System)
