Responsible for provision of support to offshore platforms. Assessment of plant equipment vulnerabilities, Investigation of export system failures, applied a number of Classic RCM studies and Streamlined Total Maintenance Production analysis, completed a number of plant equipment failure RCFAs. Application of failure probabilities simulation using reliability tools. Awarded for development of regional RCM guidelines and contribution to the testing of the globalization of OPTIMA (FRACAS) reliability tool. Involvement in Azeri Central East (new platform) reliability modelling. Close work with production to perform Asset utilization, Overall equipment effectiveness through RCMs, RAMs. Currently leading a project on replacement of pressure transmitters on one of the platforms. Have facilitated Water Injection rectification project.

Production Efficiency Improvement Leader
•I have built up driven Production Efficiency Improvement through Global and Regional PEI process investigation of production deferrals (5-Whys, RCFA) that helped to the region to deep understanding of equipment and system performance and improved production efficiency operation systems and equipment.
•I have engaged/Supported/Trained end-users, which helped a lot for quality inputs and build up good data for investigations.
PEI process is two way communication process between end users and central team. Regular communications and feedback from both side helped me to build up robust process covering users, site management and central team needs and requirements. I have thoroughly reviewed all proposed improvement ideas and adjusted process assessing benefits.
Set up process to ensure all actions in Defect Elimination tools and from 5-Whys/ RCFAs are S.M.A.R.T. and plant upsets are closed satisfactorily.
•I have integrated area lessons learned/success stories to Regional reports & share within BP AGTR. It reduced number of failures that could occur in other areas and helped to be proactive.
Maintain which KPIs are required at areas.
Track the status of each KPI and document the actions in order to address issues.
Communicate KPIs across Region through the standard reporting.
•I worked out with Reliability Manager to set clear triggers for events. It improved focus in investigation by segregation to investigation types (Full RCFA, Mini RCFA and 5Why) based on impact.
•I was reviewing and assure all daily deferrals and action inputs are accurate in PEIT through appropriate reporting system. It is a critical factor deferrals correctly entered and allocated to have right focus and people in process.
•I have standardised PEI application across all sites so that it becomes “the Way We Work”.

•As a Production Supervisor I was responsible in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices. During my supervision I have achieved in reduction of safety issues and plant upsets

I was conducting and coordinating on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices to ensure safety protective equipment available and reliable on site when need. It helped keep plant running safe and reliable.

•Incorporate essential safety requirements in all purchasing and contracting actions. To ensure personal has got required PPE and all appropriate safety protective equipment available on site and recommend the purchase of them in accordance with established company requirements which eliminated the risk of exposure to personal safety.

•Assist management with monitoring adherence to department safety and environmental programs by employees and contractors.

Led Level 1 and 2 (simple and Complex) Risk Assessments for site activities and provide all appropriate controls to eliminate, substitute and mitigate hazards and risks of the tasks.
As part of my duties was to identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace on daily base. Conduct job site visits (three time per day) to identify and eliminate hazards to provide safe environment that can be missed in initial risk assessment stage, and to ensure are all controls in PTW in place and utilizing effectively.
•Conduct PTW (Permit to Work) Audits for different area of the plant as well as for Operation and construction.

•Perform job site safety compliance inspections, including hazard analyses and safe work procedures with improvement actions

•Participate in COSHH risk assessments for different kind of chemicals on site utilizing provided MSDS and considering site practice.

•Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place incidents and injuries.

•Lead project to transform CoW process from Hard copy to software, that included coaching Performing, Area and Isolation Authorities for new system.
•Identify new system gaps and address accordingly, and proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and assess new AAs and PAs up to BP Control of Work standard and take an action to monitor them for 3-6 month after assessment that increased competency of AAs and PAs on site and quality of COW system consequently.

I have been involved with the commissioning and operation of all 3 phases of this installation which consists of incoming oil facilities with pig receiving, oil heaters, 3 phase separation plant, gas compression, refrigeration and oil and gas export. Since the successful commissioning of each phase I have been involved with the shift production operations both on plant and as a control panel operator for 2 years. I have been given a lead role within my shift. I have been writing/reviewing procedures for safe operation of all plant and equipment and have played a leading role in the planning of the annual planned shutdown work scope.
