In my current position I am responsible for all phases of general office and clerical work,

Responsible for representing the company's brand and maintaining long term relationships with exciting accounts in a competitive market place
*IT Support
-Explain the ISO / ICE 17025 &ISO -9001; 2008 & ISO 16949…. to exporter and importer via phone call or e-mails.
-Coordination between the exporter and the laboratory for get the test report as per Assessment programmed
-Determine the type of goods and appropriate analysis based of standard at supplier country
-Coordination accomplishes a number of reports, such as WT report - -V MT certificate- Factory audit report.
-Find the appropriate type of analysis and assistance in obtaining competent laboratory within or outside the country.
-To participate in the technical sessions of the types of ISO and strategy analysis
-Responsible of documentation for each and every activities relating to import and export
*Administration
• Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work
• Motivating the team to achieve high standards
• Handling new client enquiries and acting as the face of the business.
• Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
• Working with the sales and marketing team to drive sales forward.
• Mentoring and training up junior and new staff.
• Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets
• Arranging &chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements
• Involved in the recruitment of new staff
• Praise team members and creates a positive working environment
• Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly.
• Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance
• To ensure no one person in my team is solely responsible for any task or activity
