Oversaw project activities, ensuring smooth operations and project completions within/ahead of schedule. Run on and off-site multiple residential and commercial projects from inception to completion (300 staff; €130M budget). Coordinated site managers, engineers, subcontractors and labour staff and liaised with stakeholders. Procured and utilised equipment and materials. Ensured quality assurance and developed contingency plans as required. Drafted and modified health and safety plans, planned and executed personnel training. Was exposed to execution of civil works as RC-Frame, reinforcements, shuttering, finishing etc.

• Became the leader real estate development company in the local market by the outstanding residential property presence at targeted regions (700 building units)
• Developed the largest multipurpose (commercial/educational) private educational building (5000m2) in NW Greece, housing top national private secondary educational organisation IIEK DELTA.

Oversaw the “Passivistas: The House Project” design and construction processes, ensuring the implementation of the Passive House target of an existing single family house \[Enerphit\]. Managed subcontractors, suppliers and materials. On-site team management for resolving technical issues as required. Applied quality assurance processes. Promoted crowd funding through the Indigogo online platform. Monitored and reported post-construction energy performance.
Key accomplishments:
• Managed timely completion despite the unexpected capital controls’ restrictions in Greece
• Became the first major retrofit \[Enerphit\] in Greece to be certified by the Passive House Institute
• Won the prize “Energy Mastering Awards 2015” for implementing outstanding energy savings of 96% and successfully applying green technologies and Passive House expertise
Designed and implemented Passive House projects for private and public organisations. Conducted energy audits and infrared building monitoring. Designed junction details for thermal bridge free construction. Designed 3D models and PHPP simulations. Organised seminars and lectures promoting the Passive House concept.

Project managed development of an internet system designed to track ongoing residential development step by step and improve visibility of a real estate development company. Optimised the company's process management capabilities along with my personal skills involving all stages of a real estate development project.
