-Design electric motors (mechanical part) high voltage 2-8 kW Exd and Exp and traction motors.
- Perform hand and FEA calculation and analysis using ANSYS.
- Write scripts for Ansys utilizing Python.

Cement plant has a machine shop that produces parts to repair broken cement plant equipment. I was
responsible for making drawings of repair details as well as custom equipment. I used AutoCAD and
Solidworks.
- Design various mechanical components for R&D projects
- Produce manufacturing drawings and design for rapid prototyping
- Analyze technical requirements for various projects
- Request quotes for various mechanical components
- Supervise finite element analysis (FEA) (ANSYS Mechanical) for various projects
- Analysis: linear and non-linear static, seismic (Harmonic Response) and transient.
-Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and models of construction using AutoCAD
- Create 3D models using Navisworks
- Work with colleagues to create, update, and analyze bills of materials (BOMs)
