Position: Team Leader -Direct Sales (Retail Banking Group)
Multiproduct - Personal loan, Credit cards, Liabilities, PDC loan and SME (Islamic products).
Job Responsibilities:
Managing a Team of 10-12 sales officers.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers, establishing their needs and advising on the suitability of services.
One point of contact for all customers needs -customer service and sales.
Solving all complaints and issues of customers within given time period.
Visit business customers and attend meetings and conferences with them.
Manage and support staff and facilitate appropriate continuing professional development (CPD).
Represent the bank within the wider community.
Listing of good companies with the bank.
Implement the delivery of sales strategies and targets and motivate employees to meet these.
Providing customer service and support to the customer’s queries.
Handling customer complaints and solving them efficiently.
Close monitoring of Competitor’s Activities.
Achieving sales target.
Completed Master of International Business(MIB) from Jamia Millia Islamia- New Delhi in 2006.
