Emaar Square Project has shopping mall, apartments, residences and hotel 200 units above. These
are elevetors escalators and moving walks. There are special specification elevators which are
2.5m/s - 7m/s high rise and compaas and double deck elevators and 4500 kg machine room less
elevators.
• Follow up all of the techinical processes until shaft handover producers.
• Study to examine the technical specification of the Emaar Square Project units.
• Main Contractor to full contact and to detail report per week .
• Follow to approvals shop drawings, submittal material, speacial method statements (what
need to on site) etc.
• Control, planning and report the installation issues and time schedules share to main
contractor.
• Calculate the contractor and subcontractor payments per month
• Proving traning to technicians and subcontractors,
• Control and report site safetly precautions.
• Reporting installation and resource planning issues to project manager.
• Prepare and follow up the time schedule for the project.
• Close interoperation with sales, design, finance, service, quality, logistic, factory etc.
departments.
• Follow up manufacturing and transportation process on time site with abroad Factories and
Istanbul factory check to correct materials.
• Commissioning and quality test of elevators and escalators.
• Check the installation and quality methodologies until client handover.
• Customer handover with all relevant documentation.
