•Perform all procurement and purchases related operations.
•Insure all administrative follow-ups on purchase orders and relevant reporting.
•Consolidate all projects expenditures and provides detailed cost estimates.
•Maintain the overall project budgets and prepare annual elements of capital and expense cost control.
•Coordinate with the Archives and Supply Chain Unit to ensure proper follow­up on stock availability.
•Maintain and update various contracts in relation with the administrative operations.
•Maintain detailed project cost data using Oracle Project Costing module.
•Handle all Insurances Policies for the Bank.
•Rental and Management contracts preparing and processing.
