Duties: Programming, Managing and running complex programs and projects for Mobily operator in Saudi Arabia.
Projects are (FTTB, Fiber transmission, MPLS core project, 2G, 3G, WMAX, LTE, Microwave Transmission).
Managing, designing and developing the projects till the final completion, prepare the risk
management plan and set project goals and milestones, define requirements and make
targets accordingly, define resources and the schedule for the implementation of the program,
detect and solve project issues, perform team assessment and evaluate them, make sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedures.
Creating a harmony between the various departments, updating and creating procedures in order to achieve the target and accomplish the projects in good qualities within the time and budget, improving revenue and projects closeout.
Managing the following activities: implementation of GSM / Telecommunication Towers, Civil Work Sites, infrastructure solution for GSM / Telecommunication Tower sites, installing towers, monopoles, masts, installing Redeployed Unites, Mobile communication Units, Telecom Installation and Indoor Building Solution GSM Sites, Site Acceptance.
Preparing Project Management Plan, Project Implementation Plan determining and supervising the phases, estimating time, routing work and negotiating contracts and deals, facing the customer, advertising for our company.
