I was managing a 1, 000 sqm store, with three different brands (Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, Name IT) with a team from 13 staff and 3 assistant managers.
My main target at the shop was making turnover and achieve the monthly target.
I used to make the orders of the bestselling items, and new collection items.
Managing the daily and monthly attendance of the employees (vacations, days off)
Preparing KPI's reports on weekly basis, such as Index, Gross Marging, Target percentage, Basket size, Basket Qty, etc...
Managing sales operations of Verseidag in Saudi arabia.
Presenting the company products to all the ministries projects in Saudi Arabia.
Finding solution for the consultants projects.
Creating a bigger relationship with the Saudi Market for Verseidag.
Dealing with Fabricators "Proforma Invoices, Shipping orders, prices, products quality, technical information support"
Sales & Customer services support.
Products display coordination of the shop/stock.
Managing monthly & yearly inventory.
Monthly products training for the staff.
Organizing vacations and work schedules.

Following up the inventory.
