Design process and permit
Team up with:
* Internal and external consultants (architects, QS & PM) and contractors’ stakeholders while keeping them
informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables
* Team members across the property department that all work is consistent with the standards set for the property
portfolio
* Dealing with local authority and obtained building permits including all local services authority.
* Design team, assure policy implementation, progress, and other appropriate liaison meetings.
* Procurement and tendering team for contract documentation preparation covering all aspect of the project like
design drawings specification to be in line with company procurement strategy, expedite the process of selection
of nominated suppliers and sub-contractors in compliance with contract requirement.
Project execution and hand over
* Develop and implement of project execution plan, by analyzing project stages and assure sufficient distribution
of resources and proper allocation of time.
* Kept detailed track of daily progress and productivity and analyzed data to identify and correct holdups.
* Control project progress in relation to schedule and budget while serving as
