1. I perform financial analysis of financial statements of companies, obtaining financial ratios, pointing out the drops and making recommendations on areas of weakness.

2. I prepare special audit and forensic accounting reports based on clients' requirements. Those reports require performing special tests and analysis depending on the assignment.

3. I perform evaluation of businesses, as required by clients. Method of evaluation depends on data provided.

4. I perform technical analysis of currency pairs in the Forex market. These pairs include EUR / USD, GBP / USD, USD / JPY, USD / CHF, AUD / USD, USD / CAD.
The technical analysis as described above is carried out daily on the 4H charts using Fibonacci retracement, MACD, RSI and pivot points. I also put recommendations for buying/selling currency pair, where appropriate.

Strategy

• Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics; prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Review all formal finance and IT-related procedures, processes, and administration, recommending improvements to the systems in place and managing the systems going forward.


Team Management

• Develop and manage direct staff, to include managers in finance and IT; guide larger multi-disciplinary teams outside of direct span of control.

• Interview the parties involved in the conflict and listen to their point of view to create awareness of the case in hand.

• Hand to each conflicting party the other party's documents along with the third party's documents to study them and examine their authenticity.
• Discuss those documents with the conflicting parties and thoroughly examine them, making a cross check with documents and statements from third parties.
• Carry out the necessary auditing, accounting, financial and legal analysis of the case as a whole, and in depth to the documents received.
• Prepare the arbitration award.

Accounting and Financial Expert
• Interview client involved in financial and/or accounting disputes.
• Receive documents supporting the client's point of view and position in the case.
• Study those documents and ask for further documents that the client might have and/or from other parties such as banks or governmental bodies.
• Prepare a draft of the Expert Report, and discuss it with the lawyer in the presence of the client.
• Make the necessary adjustments to the report and finalize the report.
