Supported the launch of high-volume products by managing the Fab supplier, assembly and test houses
throughout the product life cycle to meet tight deadlines, yield improvement, and test cost reduction goals.
● Working collaboratively with global cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Project Management, Design, System, Failure Analysis, Reliability, Process, Yield Management, Operations, and Offshore Support to solve design, test, reliability, and supply throughput.
● Overseeing the reliability testing of power management devices, including high temperature operating life (HTOL), latch-up, and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
● Leading the production of Power Management IC (PMIC) chips supporting different wireless and automotive applications.

Led the company’s expansion in the UAE and the Gulf region and grew the customer base from one Authorized Apple Reseller to 6 major Resellers and 3 major Authorized Apple System Integrators within six months.
● Worked collaboratively with the Management team based in Estonia to support the on-boarding of their Gulf region based clients by negotiating and closing contracts.
● Trained and supported the retail and B2B sales teams by delivering presentations to groups of 20+ Sales Representatives and Sales Managers at a time.

Served as a Product engineering lead for reliability efforts throughout the product lifecycle; from design tape-out through high volume production.
● Led a team of 2+ Test Engineers and Engineering Technicians in order to meet schedule milestones and customer deliverables.
● Debugged standalone devices and related tests including board schematics design, design for test, bench characterization and failure analysis.

Worked with aerospace and avionics customers in system design and testing by creating and maintaining
system requirements documents.
● Provided reliability and system safety analysis and design guidance for electronic controls and electrical power generation, distribution, and load management systems on a variety of aircraft platforms.
● Applied Failure Modes Effects Analysis and Summary (FMEA, FMES) at the circuit and functional levels.

Lead the Product and Test Engineering efforts for new email applications on BREW-enabled handsets.
● Oversaw the installation, testing, and qualified new applications prior to market release.
● Generated test plans and procedures as well as application specification documents, user manuals, FAQs, and training material for new products and version updates.
● Worked collaboratively with national Sales and Service teams to deliver on-site product training for groups of 20-100 representatives at a time.
