• Completed a short-term assignment with the “People and Change” work-stream of a client (semi-government) in the manufacturing industry in the United Arab Emirates - \{This was a greenfield assignment, where we supported the client in starting its business from “ground zero”\} - Completed the development of the client’s “to-be” organizational structure (functional & positional), reward strategy (based on UAE market and European market), manpower plan for one year, job descriptions for forty six unique positions, and participated in the development of the client’s total operating model
•Completed a short-term assignment with the “People and Change” work stream of a client in the Information Technology industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) - Completed the assessment of the client’s organization structure and developed a total of 30 technical job descriptions; currently designing and developing a competency framework that includes both behavioral and technical competencies
•Completed a one month assignment with the "People and Change" work stream of a client in the ground-handling services industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Worked with a team of two consultants to conduct a current state assessment of the "as-is" support and operational functions' organization structures, to provide a gap analysis, and to recommend the "to-be" organization structures
•Completed a one year secondment with the "People and Change" work stream of a client in the public sector of the United Arab Emirates - Worked with a team of three consultants to provide support in implementing and completing eleven HR strategic initiatives
•Designed the presentations and manual guides for the “Job Analysis and Evaluation”, “Analyzing Human Performance”, “Assessor Training”, “Design and Implementation of Assessment Center and Development Center” courses for the PwC Academy
•Created the manual guides for the “Negotiating an Agreement” and the “Persuasion” courses for the PwC Academy
•Contributed in the creation and design of the “Quality Client Service” course for the PwC Academy
•Developed Policies and Procedures manuals with the Operations Strategy Team
