• Work under the supervision of an Architect or Engineer and develop all design documents for projects meeting client requirements.
• Prepare complete sets of construction drawings & specifications for new construction projects and repairs/alterations of existing structures.
• Prepare all structural drawings, layouts, framing plans, beam details, foundation sections and stair details as per the consultant’s requirements.
• Take field observations and measurements to adapt the structure to the site conditions.
• Acquire required data on door & window dimensions and material specifications using resources like manuals & catalogues and web sites.
• Incorporate electrical & mechanical requirements of the projects into plans based on the sketches and measurements provided by architects & engineers.
• Develop a full set of construction documents - plans, site plans, elevations, sections and details using AutoCAD 2011.
