• Preparation of electrical equipment datasheets and specifications.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment including low and medium voltage motor control circuits.
• Maintenance troubleshooting of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
• Equipment trip investigations and root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence.
• Installation, testing and maintenance of vented lead acid batteries and associated 125Vdc battery chargers.

• Active participation in maintenance audits, quality control checks and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of power circuit breakers and their trip units.
• Repair and testing of 13.8kV power cable, cable splicing and termination kits ordering.
• Developed cable tray layouts, cable routing layouts, lighting, and small power layouts.
• Ordering, installation, and testing of main distribution panels.
• Maintenance of emergency diesel generator, associated circuit breaker and batteries.
• Engineering support to resolve PLC and SCADA system issues.
• High level troubleshooting for fault repair and root cause identifications.
• Computerized planned Maintenance to schedule time-based maintenance tasks as well as for recording maintenance defects.
• 3 phase inverters, VFD, Servo and control systems and 3phase motor control circuit and maintain the
Videojet & Linx Printers.
• Maintain the Tetra Pak & APV (SPX) & GEA Homogenizer, PHE, Separator and APV Mixers, Alfa Laval
Agitator & pumps.
• Schedule time-based maintenance Breakdown Reports Daily Basis.
• Make daily basis work order in ERP.
• Coordination with contractors to review the performance and progress for ongoing projects.
