- Gives technical support for Water & Waste water treatment plant.
- Responsible for Chemical materials optimization & management ( dosing control, stock management, storing, safety and environmental consideration).
- Oil Movement & Storage management.
- Prepare Production plan for refinery.
- Monitor energy and utilities consumption & KPIs.
- Review and check refinery monthly statistics report.

- Supervises the process operation in Sour Water Stripping Unit, industrial waste water
- Maintaining normal operation & products specification.
- Troubleshoot operational difficulties.
- Organizes Unit shutdowns, startup & test runs.
- Coordinates planned maintenance schedules.
- Directs planned shutdown for inspection.
- Ensures & supervises the comment of safety regulations within the unit.

- Providing technical support for processing unit.
- Process optimization of the Crude Distillation Unit, Sour Water Stripping Unit, and Oil Movement & Storage.
- Participate and lead plant changes and modification.
- Contribute to the refinery statistics, energy conservation, chemical consumption & optimization, and refinery production planning.

- Optimizes the extraction, clarification, evaporation, and crystallization of sugar.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like sucrose loss, Brix control, and yield.
- Ensure operations comply with food safety, environmental regulations, and safety rules.
- Leads operation staff to achieve productions goals.
