\[Administrative\] Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Administration of the Factory/ Head Office. Circulate relevant Office Note, Memo, Office Order in time and follow up for effective implementation. Formulate and implement HR and Admin related policy & procedures. Handle disciplinary issues. Manage employee facility area, Renovation, Purchase, Store & Office supplies. Negotiate with vendor, contractor and handle purchase order. Follow up the task as per agreement and oversee payment & other transaction.

\[HR\] Conduct appropriate recruitment action plan, Attendance, Leave Management, Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, incentive schemes, transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work. Keep personnel files and workers register up to date. Organize & communicate for salary disbursement in time.

\[Compliance\] Responsible to implement required compliance in the factory premises as per buyer code of conduct, ensure good housekeeping and update all relevant approval /documents.

\[Safety & Security\] Responsible for overall safety & security of the factory / head office. Identify potential risk and take corrective measures after management approval. Ensure Electronics access control, Fire panel Emergency response equipment & Surveillance system (CCTV) are functioning. Manage & coordinate physical security by outsourced security team.

\[Network Solutions\] Monitor & confirm smooth IT communication in the Factory & Head office and serviceability of Server, PABX, Computer, Printer and other items.

\[Monitor\] Gate pass, Challan, Raw materials entry & stock, Finished goods shipment with escort, Machinery in out, Packaging materials, Spare parts, Fuel consumption, Log book and other registers. Oversee floor production, Compliance issues and Machine breakdown.

\[Logistics\] Provide all support to Management, Staff, Guests and Visitors regarding tour, travel, visit, transportation, meal, accommodation. Organize all logistics for meetings, training, drill, conference and compliance audit.

\[Transport Management \] Closely monitor company transports movement as per schedule. Check fuel consumption/route and recruit appropriate driver timely. renew all papers in time.

\[Policy & Procedures\] Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR, Admin & Compliance.

\[Liaison\] With Govt. agencies (City Corp, BRTA, BTRC, and Labor Court), Law enforcing agencies (Police, Fire Service) and Social community.
\[Owning\] Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

\[Documentation\] Confirm different approval / Licenses (Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, Environment License, IRC, ERC, BERC) are renewed timely.
