Responsible for transforming data into useful information through analysis and interpretation of results, providing clients with valuable marketing and business insights, and preparing insightful presentations to deliver high quality recommendations.
Involved in working on more than one product at a time for different clients across the group, to develop test plans and strategies and examine all aspects of different types of programs and applications on different kinds of devices.
Worked on different projects from multinational clients, to develop test plans and strategies and examine all aspects of different types of programs from both a client and end-user perspective.
Additional Responsibility: Project Leader Deputy: I was responsible to assist my project leader with various non-execution tasks including, but not limited to: providing the team with all the support needed, tracking and reporting the team’s utilization, reporting daily progress to the test managers, communicating with the onsite team and quality control.
Worked in a team that applied complex SQL queries, and large data extraction and manipulation tasks using Microsoft SQL Server. This data was utilized afterwards by other teams in marketing campaigns' execution.
Responsibilities included meeting clients, registering them on groups, writing daily reports on the center’s activity, using the CRM, entering data, putting the monthly classroom plan, handling complaints and making sales follow up calls with clients.
• Was assigned to perform SQL tasks, individually and in teams, such as:
a. Create reports based on raw data analysis and development through creating views, stored procedure and custom functions.
b. Deal with mathematical, data-time, text processing and other built-in SQL functions.
c. Analyze internal customers’ requests and create the proper plan to produce the needed data accordingly.
