Provide advice and information to Management through clear understanding and interpretation of HR Policies and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring that the Salaries of the Employees fall within the correct MRZ’s (Market Reference Zones) for each job.
Employment and termination processes i.e. New employees job offers, termination letters. Ensure that all hiring procedures are properly maintained.
Co-ordinate training needs assessment and delivery of training, as well as new employee orientation programs, with HR & Training professionals.
Monitor, track and provide reports to meet all governmental legislative requirements and meet with government Ministries and agencies as required.
Maintain excellent communication levels with all employees ie. Ability to respond to their requests according to company standards.
Administer the company’s Incentive Plans & Compensation/ Benefits Packages
Work with the finance dept. to ensure that the Payroll is handled in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop polices, regulations and Benefits …etc.
Coordinate with the Medical Officer to develop and administer the Company Medical Plans.
Formulated job descriptions for all Levels in the organization.
Bachelor of Business Administration - (English Section), Ain Shams University - 1999 Minor Studies: Economics, Accounting, Human Resources, Statistics, Financial Management, Money & Banking, Market Research, and Cost Accounting.
